We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will help with incoming orders, follow up with clients and provide support for sales representatives.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience creating reports and dashboards via Salesforce
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and high volume
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Key roles and responsibilities:
• Process orders using Salesforce
• Check data accuracy in orders compared with provided quotations
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Follow up with clients, and sales team, regarding open quotations
• Develop biweekly/monthly sales reports for our sales team
• Create quotes for the sales team

Pharmaron acquired the Hoddesdon campus, consisting of several purpose built scientific and administrative buildings together with a purpose-built conference area in February 2017. The research building has more than 5,000m2 of premier R&D space and houses an established Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Drug Discovery teams. In addition, a Formulation Development team was also recently established. The Hoddesdon site has state-of-the-art Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard facilities for the development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Formulation Development (FD) and Process Chemistry (PC).
