Business Development & Marketing Administrator

Pharmaron is seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Development & Marketing Administrator to provide critical administrative and operational support across our Business Development and Marketing functions. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of client engagement, team coordination, and strategic project execution.
About the role:
As a key member of the team, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities, high-profile client visits, internal coordination, and external events. Your work will directly support senior leaders and customer-facing teams to focus on strategic priorities and client delivery. You'll manage logistics, prepare high-impact reports and presentations, and take a hands-on role in coordinating meetings, events, and operational processes across functions.
Please note the selection process for this role will include an assessment day on 8th or 9th July 2025. Please ensure you will be available for either of these dates.

Key roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, travel, calendars, and events for both the BD and Marketing teams.
- Organize and manage logistics for client site visits and internal/external meetings.
- Support planning and execution of conferences, symposiums, and marketing events.
- Process electronic signatures for contracts (CDAs, MSAs) and assist with contract tracking.
- Assist in purchasing activities, expense processing, and financial reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visuals from provided data for use in business reviews.
- Support internal communications, onboarding, meeting documentation, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator supporting multiple teams.
- Experience in a commercial, business development, or marketing setting is a strong plus.
- Comfortable handling data using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, Macros) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), and document collaboration tools is desirable.
